Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.Cancellation of Consultation

Skinfinity Derma offers Online and physical consultation with prepaid option ,payments are accepted through all mode of payments online link , credit card, UPI etc. Once appointment is booked , there are no refunds available for consultation fees paid. Only in

2.Cancellation of Treatment or Procedures:

• Skinfinity derma offers list of various treatments customized as per the needs of the Users. payments are accepted through all mode of payments online link , credit card, UPI etc. Once payment is made for treatment plan ,No refund or cancellation will be entertained. Skinfinity Derma will not be responsible if User changes their mind after the payment is made. Only in exceptional cases as per the medical condition of the User examined and advised by skilled doctor for change of treatment plan, amount paid may be adjusted to another new treatment.
• If User is taking a treatment in which various sessions are required and after few sessions if User decides not to go ahead with further treatment, please note that no refund will be applicable in this condition, however an equivalent balance amount of the treatment left may be shifted to other new treatment approved by the doctors .
• If a User request for refund basis the treatment results as per the expectation interpreted by User individually or any other parameter, refunds shall not be applicable.
• If a treatment is delayed as per schedule due to any issues like breakdown of machine, non-availability of doctor etc treatment will be rescheduled to next available slot however refund will not be applicable.
• If a User is willing to take treatment elsewhere , Skinfinity derma will not be liable to reimburse any expenses for the same.
• Treatment package may be shifted from one centre of Skinfinity derma to another basis prior approval from the management.
• User can pay the amount of treatment through any mode of payment , in case of wrong account number/debit credit card network issues /failed payments , user will have to co-ordinate with their bank for refund or resolution of issues. Skinfinity derma will not be liable for any such claims however will help in providing necessary support.
• Invoice once generated and payment made against the invoice will not be cancelled and implication of GST will be applicable. Discounts and offers provided in the package of a particular treatment plan are unique and are not applicable for adjustment in any other treatment or refunds.

3.Cancellation /Return of Medicine or Products:

• Medicines and products once sold will not be returned . Replacement is allowed upto 15 days of the purchase if the package is not opened and is in good saleable condition as sold.Medicine can be replaced with other medicines or products , once deposited a credit note will be issued and other products will be issued of an equal amount as per required and advise from skilled doctors .
• Several types of goods and products are exempted from return like vials , near expiry products.
• Products if expired will not be returned.
• We do not sell any expired products and promote out clients to check medicines and products at the counter properly before taking away.
• Once your return received and inspected, you will get a credit note for the same for adjustment in other products or services as applicable and approved. You will have to send an email with account details along with credit note to the email skinfinityderma@gmail.com with account details or product to be replaced. It usually takes 5-6 working days to process the requests.

4.Cancellation & Refund of Cosmetology Courses:

• Applicants for Cosmetology Courses can make the payments through various modes of payments available. Payments once made will not be refunded.
• If a Student is not willing to continue the course in between the duration of the course m it will not be applicable for any refund.
• User may request for change of schedule of the course for a later dates and may be approved by management basis the slots and availability.
• If user changes his/her mind of not going ahead for the course in between then the balance amount will not be eligible for any refund. User may take the balance course on a later date.
• If user is not satisfied with the course as expected and interpreted with individual expectation , it will not be considered for refund.
